AYAM CABAI HIJAU
Asal : Sumatera Barat

Bahan:
  • 1 Ayam-ptg2, 2 sm Air jrk nipis
  • 5 sm Minyak syr, Minyak goreng
  • 4 cm Lengkuas & 1 Sereh-geprek
  • 5 Cabai hijau, 5 Daun jerukIris hls
  • 2 st Gula mrh, 1 Asam, Garam
  • 3 Daun salam, 1 Tomat-ptg2
  • 8 Baw.merah, 2 st Garam, 7 Cabai hijau 
  • 100 ml Santan, 100 ml Air, Lada
  • 2 cm Kunyit, 5 Rawit, 5 Kemiri, 4 Baw.pth
  • 2 cm Jahe-geprek3 Dn.bawang-iris


Cara membuat:
  •   Lumuri ayam dng garam, lada & air nipis, diamkan 30 menit. Goreng ½ matang. Tumis bumbu hls, sereh, lengkuas, jahe, daun jeruk, salam, cabai hijau & tomat dng minyak sayur hingga layu.
  •   Masukkan ayam, asam, gula mrh, air & santan. Masak & aduk2 hingga ayam matang & kuah mengering. Beri daun bawang, masak sebentar.
